Mumbai, June 22 -- Kirloskar Pneumatic Company has allotted 5,000 equity shares under ESOS on 22 June 2026. Consequently, the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 12,99,26,380 comprising of 6,49,63,190 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
