Mumbai, July 7 -- Kirloskar Oil Engines has allotted 1,26,354 equity shares under ESOP on 07 July 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 14,55,06,298 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating to Rs. 29,10,12,596/-.
