Mumbai, June 5 -- Kesar India has allotted 71,428 equity shares on conversion of warrants on 04 June 2026. Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the company stands increased to 3,01,71,320 equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each.
