Mumbai, Sept. 11 -- In July 2025, the resolution plan submitted by JSW Infrastructure for NCR Rail Infrastructure (NCR Rail) under the corporate insolvency resolution process of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, has been approved by the Committee of Creditors and the company had received a letter of intent (LoI) from the resolution professional.

For giving effect to the resolution proposal, JSW Infra had incorporated a step-down wholly-owned subsidiary namely Khurja Rail Terminal in January, 2026.
