Mumbai, Oct. 28 -- The board of JSW Energy at its meeting held on 28 October 2026 has approved the appointment of Chandrasekaran Prabhakaran (DIN: 03573049) as an Additional Director as well as the appointment and remuneration as a Whole-time Director of the Company designated as Director - Finance with effect from 28 October 2026 for a term of 5 years, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company.
