Mumbai, Aug. 13 -- Jana Small Finance Bank has allotted 38,057 equity shares under ESOP on 13 August 2026.

With the said allotment, the paid-up equity shares of the Bank shall stand increased from 10,57,14,482 shares of Rs. 10 each to 10,57,52,539 shares of Rs. 10 each.
