Mumbai, May 18 -- Jana Small Finance Bank announced that Jana Holdings (promoter) has entered into a share purchase agreement dated 18 May 2026 with TVS Motor Company, pursuant to which Jana Holdings has agreed to sell up to 51,60,903 equity shares (representing 4.9% stake) of Jana Small Finance Bank to TVS Motors Company for an aggregate sale consideration of Rs 193.31 crore.
