Mumbai, May 30 -- Infosys has allotted 8,95,814 equity shares under ESOP. Consequently, effective from 29 May 2026, the issued and subscribed share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 20,28,62,79,525/- divided into 4,05,72,55,905 equity shares of face value of Rs 5/- each.
