Mumbai, July 23 -- Infosys has allotted 4,77,767 equity shares under 2015 Incentive Compensation Plan and Infosys Expanded Stock Ownership Program 2019. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 20,29,02,82,985/- divided into 4,05,80,56,597 equity shares of Rs 5/- each.
