Mumbai, June 22 -- Infosys has allotted 3,22,925 equity shares under ESOP. Consequently, effective from 21 June 2026, the issued and subscribed share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 20,28,78,94,150/- divided into 4,05,75,78,830 equity shares of face value of Rs 5/- each.
