Mumbai, March 2 -- InfoBeans Technologies has allotted 7,27,19,580 fully paid up bonus equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each in the ratio of 3:1. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 96,95,9440 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
