Mumbai, Sept. 15 -- IndoStar Capital Finance has allotted 14,703 equity shares under ESOP on 15 September 2026. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 1,61,67,01,070 /- consisting of 16,16,70,107 equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each.
