Mumbai, Oct. 9 -- IDFC First Bank has allotted 5,83,022 equity shares under ESOS on 09 October 2026. Post allotment of aforesaid equity shares, the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Bank stands increased from Rs 86,22,82,51,210/- comprising of 8,62,28,25,121 equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid-up to Rs 86,23,40,81,430/- comprising of 8,62,34,08,143 equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid-up.
