Mumbai, Sept. 11 -- IDFC First Bank has allotted 4,86,713 equity shares under ESOS on 11 September 2026. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 86,22,19,62,360/- comprising of 8,62,21,96,236 equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid-up.
