Mumbai, June 9 -- IDFC FIRST Bank has allotted 23,16,341 equity shares under ESOS on 09 June 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 86,13,22,54,160/- comprising of 8,61,32,25,416 equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid up.
