Mumbai, June 25 -- IDFC FIRST Bank has allotted 15,10,378 equity shares under ESOS on 25 June 2026. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 86,14,73,57,940/- comprising of 8,61,47,35,794 equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid-up.
