Mumbai, Oct. 12 -- Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd gained 1.35% today to trade at Rs 330.4. The BSE Oil & Gas index is up 0.71% to quote at 24329.42. The index is down 4.95 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Adani Total Gas Ltd increased 1.34% and Reliance Industries Ltd added 1.04% on the day. The BSE Oil & Gas index went down 11.09 % over last one year compared to the 11.79% fall in benchmark SENSEX. Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd has lost 5.87% over last one month compared to 4.95% fall in BSE Oil & Gas index and 2.69% drop in the SENSEX.
