Mumbai, March 9 -- Hindustan Organic Chemicals (HOCL) announced that the Government of India has directed that all Public Sector Oil manufacturing companies to ensure that LPG procured or marketed by Public Sector Companies is supplied exclusively to domestic LPG consumers.
