Mumbai, Aug. 26 -- The President of India, acting through the Ministry of mines, had initially offered up to 2,90,10,721 equity shares, representing 3% of the company's total issued and paid-up equity share capital, with an option to sell additional shares 2.90 lakh shares under oversubscription option.

Following strong demand from institutional investors, the government exercised the oversubscription option in full, taking the total offer size to 5.80 crore equity shares, representing 6% of Hindustan Copper paid-up equity share capital.

Of the total offer, around 58.02 lakh shares, or 10%, were reserved for retail investors, while 25,000 shares were earmarked for eligible employees. Eligible employees were permitted to bid for shares w...
