Mumbai, April 29 -- Hind Rectifiers has allotted 4,625 equity shares under ESOP on 29 April 2026. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 6,87,44,478/- divided in to 3,43,72,239 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
