Mumbai, May 25 -- HFCL has allotted 7.50 crore convertible warrants to NextWave Communications (promoter) and Satellite Finance (promoter group) on receipt of warrant subscription amount of Rs 18.50 per warrant (being 25% of the exercise price of Rs 74 per warrant aggregating to Rs 138.75 crore).
