Mumbai, June 1 -- Helios Mutual Fund Announces Cessation of Key Personnel that Mr. Utssav Modi, fund manager and dealer for fixed income securities, has ceased to be an employee and key personnel of Helios Capital Asset Management (India) Private Limited with effect from close of business hours of May 29, 2026. Accordingly, all his references in the SID & KIM of the Schemes and SAI of the Fund stand deleted with effect from May 29, 2026.
