Mumbai, Oct. 1 -- HDFC Mutual Fund has announced that the following changes are made in the section 'Information on Key Personnel' appearing in the Statement of Additional Information ("SAI") of HDFC Mutual Fund ("the

Fund"):

(1) Mr. Sameer Seksaria, a Key Personnel of HDFC Asset Management Company Limited

("HDFC AMC"), who is currently designated as Head - Corporate Client Services, will also be

responsible for Operations and Information Technology functions and will accordingly be re-

designated as Head - Operations with effect from October 01, 2026.

(2) Mr. Naozad Sirwalla, a Key Personnel of HDFC AMC, who is designated as Chief Financial

Officer, will also be responsible for Administration function with effect from October 01, ...
