Mumbai, Aug. 14 -- HDFC Bank has allotted 17,29,212 equity shares under ESOS on 14 August 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased from 15,40,93,91,686 equity shares of Re. 1/- each to 15,41,11,20,898 equity shares of Re.1/- each.
