Mumbai, July 27 -- Hariom Pipe Industries has allotted 15 lakh convertible warrants of face value of Rs 10 each at an issue price of Rs 343.03 per warrant on preferential basis to promoter and promoter group. The company has received 25% of the issue price i.e. Rs 12.86 crore.
