Mumbai, June 17 -- Happy Forgings has allotted 28,273 equity shares under ESOS on 17 June 2026. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 18,87,57,468 (9,43,78,734 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
