Mumbai, April 22 -- Global Health has allotted 61,500 equity shares under ESOP on 22 April 2026. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 53,77,03,764/- divided into 26,88,51,882 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
