Mumbai, May 5 -- GHCL has allotted 1,96,500 equity shares under ESOP on 05 May 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 92,13,06,550/- consisting of 9,21,30,655 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
