Mumbai, Sept. 16 -- Fedbank Financial Services has allotted 42,250 equity shares under ESOS on 15 September 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 3,75,14,17,820 /- consisting of 37,51,41,782 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 10/- each.
