Mumbai, Sept. 4 -- The stock debuted at Rs 746.30 on the BSE, a premium of 73.96% over its issue price.
So far, the stock has hit a high of Rs 895.55 and a low of Rs 746.30. On the BSE, over 17.64 lakh shares of the company were traded in the counter so far.
ESDS Software Solution was subscribed 135.88 times. The issue opened for bidding on 28 August 2026 and will close on 1 September 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed between Rs 408 and 429 per share.
The IPO is entirely a fresh issue of shares worth Rs 720 crore. At the upper price band of Rs 429, the fresh issuance is of 1,58,50,816 shares. There is no offer for sale (OFS) component.
