Mumbai, Feb. 18 -- EPL has allotted 13,942 equity shares under ESOS on 18 February 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 64,04,95,686 divided into 32,02,47,843 equity shares (having face value of Rs. 2 each).
