Mumbai, Sept. 16 -- UK house prices increased 1.4% in the year to July 2026, up from the revised estimate of 1.5% in the 12 months to June 2026. On a non-seasonally adjusted basis, average house prices in the UK increased by 0.7% between June 2026 and July 2026, compared with an increase of 0.8% from the same period 12 months ago (June 2025 and July 2025). The UK Property Transactions Statistics showed that in July 2026, on a seasonally adjusted basis, the estimated number of transactions of residential properties with a value of £40,000 or greater was 97,000.
