Mumbai, Oct. 7 -- The annual rate of house price growth in the United Kingdom remained unchanged in September, the Lloyds House Price Index report showed on Wednesday. On a monthly basis, house prices also stagnated. Meanwhile, quarter on quarter, the prices were down 0.2%. The average house price stood at £298,441.
