Mumbai, Sept. 30 -- The UK's current account deficit narrowed to £19.9 billion, or 2.5% of GDP, in Q2 2026 from a revised £21.1 billion in Q1. The deficit was the smallest since Q3 2025, supported by a narrower goods trade gap and a stronger services surplus, while the primary income deficit widened to £3.8 billion.
