Mumbai, July 14 -- The Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) reported on Monday that its global economic growth projections for 2026 and 2027 remained unchanged from the previous month's assessment and stood at 3.1% and 3.2%, respectively.
The United States gross domestic product (GDP) growth is anticipated to be at 2.2% in 2026 and 2% in 2027, unchanged from the previous forecast. The Eurozone's economic growth estimates also remained unchanged at 1% for 2026 and 1.2% for 2027. Meanwhile, China's economic growth forecast remained at 4.6% for this year and 4.5% for 2027, while forecasts for the GDP growth in Russia stayed at 1.3% for 2026 and 1.5% for 2027.
