Mumbai, July 24 -- The Eurozone Composite PMI Output Index, which measures the services and manufacturing business activity in the region, rose to 51.9 in July from 50.0 in June, marking the first expansion in private-sector business activity in four months, according to a preliminary report by S&P Global and Hamburg Commercial Bank (HCOB) released on Friday.
The Services PMI Activity Index reached a 5-month high in July, increasing to 51.6 from 49.4, while the Manufacturing PMI Output Index climbed to a 52-month high of 53.0 from 51.7. The Manufacturing PMI advanced to 52.0 from 51.4.
