Mumbai, July 14 -- Australia's NAB Business Confidence Index improved to -5 in June from -14 in May, its strongest reading since February, as easing geopolitical tensions lifted sentiment. Business conditions remained steady at 3 for a third straight month, while price pressures eased, with retail prices declining for the first time in seven years. Despite the improvement, business activity remained subdued through the first half of 2026.
