Mumbai, April 10 -- Australia's private house approvals rose 0.2% MoM in February, marking a fourth consecutive monthly gain, though momentum moderated. Growth was driven by strong increases in New South Wales, Victoria, and South Australia, while Queensland and Western Australia recorded declines. On an annual basis, approvals rose 6.1%, easing from the previous month, indicating a gradual cooling in housing activity.
