Mumbai, Oct. 7 -- The board of Dishman Carbogen Amcis at its meeting held on 07 October 2026 has approved modification/amendment in security in respect of the Company's Tranche II of 1,500 Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Transferable, Redeemable, Taxable Non Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs 1,00,000/- each, aggregating to Rs 15 Crore, allotted on 28 September 2026 having Scrip Code 978230 (15 Cr NCD) and execution of Security Documents and modification of other transaction documents with respect to the same.
