Mumbai, Sept. 19 -- Dhansafal Finserve has allotted 1 crore equity shares on conversion of warrants on receipt of Rs 3.23 crore being 75% of the balance warrant subscription money. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital of the company has increased to Rs. 23,71,40,000/consisting of 23,71,40,000 equity shares of Re. 01/- each.
