Mumbai, Oct. 30 -- DCB Bank has allotted 81,100 equity shares under ESOP on 30 October 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased from 322,189,412 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to 322,270,512 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.
