Mumbai, July 23 -- The initial public offer of Cube Highway Trust InvIT 70,53,370 units received bids as against 13,65,89,480 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 17:00 IST on Thursday (23 July 2026). The issue was subscribed 0.05 times.

The issue opened for bidding on Wednesday 22 July 2026 and it will close on Friday 24 July 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 151 per unit to 152 per unit. An investor can bid for a minimum 95 units and in multiples thereof.

The InvIT's initial public offering (IPO) comprises an offer for sale (OFS) of units aggregating up to Rs 5,000 crore.
