Mumbai, June 23 -- Coromandel International has allotted 1,800 equity shares under ESOP on 23 June 2026. With this allotment, the share capital of the Company shall stand increased from Rs. 29,50,14,639/- divided into 29,50,14,639 equity shares of face value Re. 1/- each to Rs. 29,50,16,439/- divided into 29,50,16,439 equity shares of face value Re. 1/- each.
