Mumbai, Nov. 5 -- Concord Biotech has allotted 10,46,16,204 equity shares of Rs. 1/- each as fully paid up bonus equity shares in proportion of 1 (One) equity share as bonus share for every 1(One) existing fully paid up equity share

of Rs. 1/- each, to the eligible shareholders of the Company whose name appears in the register of members on 04 November 2026, the Record date fixed for this purpose.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 20,92,32,408/- divided into 20,92,32,408 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 1/- each.
