Mumbai, Aug. 28 -- Computer Age Management Services has allotted 1,20,827 equity shares under ESOP on 28 August 2026. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands to Rs. 49,68,36,756/- consisting of 24,84,18,378 equity shares of Rs.2/- each.
