Mumbai, Sept. 4 -- Coforge has allotted 57,598 equity shares under ESOP on 03 September 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 44,29,78,090 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each aggregating to Rs 88,59,56,180.
