Mumbai, June 5 -- Cipla has allotted 44,770 equity shares under ESOS on 04 June 2026. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 1,61,56,90,632 comprising of 80,78,45,316 equity shares of face value Rs 2 each.
