Mumbai, April 1 -- The appointment is for Ceinsys to serve as the agency for the design, development, and maintenance of an integrated project management system, a 3D urban spatial digital model, and a web-based GIS platform.

The appointment was made through an e-tender process. The scope of the order includes both the development and maintenance of the system, with an implementation period of 12 months and an O&M and support phase of 36 months.

The company clarified that neither its promoter nor promoter-group entities have any interest in MHADA, and the contract does not qualify as a related-party transaction.
