Mumbai, June 4 -- Ceigall India has entered into a definitive agreement to divest its stake in Ceigall Malout Abohar Sadhuwali Highways (CMASH), a road infrastructure project company in Punjab, to Neo Infra Income Opportunity Fund, managed by Neo Alternative Asset Managers.
