Mumbai, June 11 -- CarTrade Tech has allotted 95,000 equity shares under ESOP on 11 June 2026. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 48,02,30,350/- consisting of 4,80,23,035 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each.
